Rainwater harvesting webinar series Module 3 – Session 2: Mapping the Rainwater Harvesting Potential in the MENA Region

This module aims to explore the potential of RWH practices by examining the different approaches for mapping and upscaling suitable sites for RWH structures, through the utilization of land and water suitability frameworks, remote sensing tools and socio-ecological variables. This webinar series is implemented under the regional SIDA funded project ‘Implementing the water efficiency/productivity and water sustainability in NENA countries’, within the framework of the Water Scarcity Initiative of the FAO Regional Office for Near East and North Africa.
