The 19th session of the Codex Committee on Contaminants in Foods will be held in Cairo, Egypt, from 19 to 23 October 2026. The opening session will begin at 09:00 UTC+03:00 on Monday, 19 October 2026. The Session will be conducted in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
Letter from the chairperson
A letter from the Chairperson of the Codex Committee on Contaminants in Foods to Codex Members and Observers participating in CCCF19 and related activities is available for download in English, French and Spanish. Codex Members and Observers are kindly invited to read the letter welcoming delegates to CCCF19.
Webcast
The session will be broadcast live in listening mode for Codex Members, Observers, and the general public. Registration through the ORS is therefore not required for those wishing only to follow the webcast (see Online Pre-Registration). The plenary sessions of CCCF19 are streamed live online, in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish, in listening mode only.
