“Bioenergy is more than energy” - Prof. Mirjam Roeder at the 12th GBEP Bioenergy Week

During the 12th GBEP Bioenergy Week, Professor Mirjam Roeder (Aston University),  stressed the  interdisciplinary nature of sustainable bioenergy. It is not just about producing energy production: it also involves sourcing and growing feedstocks, advancing technologies, and involving communities. Bringing together experts from diverse fields is the only way to create bioenergy solutions that drive a just and inclusive energy transition.
