The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Marine Resources hosted an inception workshop for a Drone Mapping, Monitoring and Geospatial Analysis Training programme on Tuesday April 30,2024

El Fondo para el Medio Ambiente Mundial (FMAM) informó esta semana que financiará proyectos de 23 países de América Latina y el Caribe que abordan la sostenibilidad urbana, la gestión de las aguas subterráneas, la pérdida de biodiversidad, el cambio climático y la degradación del suelo.

El evento reunió representantes de Brasil y de otros países de la región, quienes resaltaron las innovaciones de esa ley. Actualmente la iniciativa permite atender a 40 millones de estudiantes diariamente en Brasil.
