FAO-WHO World Food Day symposium

FAO Turkey and WHO are jointly organizing a two-day symposium shaped around the theme of World Food Day 2021: Our actions are our future – Better production, better nutrition, a better environment and a better life.
Supported by Fırat University and the University of Health Sciences, the symposium will cover current developments regarding food systems and nutrition and shed light on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on health, agriculture and food.
The event will also bring together public authorities, academics and experts from relevant NGOs and international organizations.
