The Syrian Refugee Response Program Retreat

The Phase II of "Enhancing Agricultural Knowledge of Refugees and Host Communities to Expand Livelihood Opportunities" project continues in close collaboration with the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR), the Directorate General of Migration Management (DGMM) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

The objective of this retreat is to review the present context of Syrian refugee crisis in Turkey and FAO’s response program, on-going activities and lessons learnt until now as well as a Steering Committee Meeting. It is also an occasion to discuss matters of interest to improve and to provide input for the upcoming response program.
