Zero Hunger side event: Food security and nutrition in Europe and Central Asia

Framed by the 41st session of the FAO Conference, the Zero Hunger side event for Europe and Central Asia will present the region’s progress in food security and nutrition issues. High-level representatives from FAO Member Countries will share their experience and good practices.
The event will elaborate on the main challenge here that malnutrition coexist to varying degrees in one or more of its three main forms – undernutrition, overweight and obesity, and micronutrient deficiencies – in all countries of Europe and Central Asia.
