Business Incubator and Accelerator (BIA) for Mountains – Technical Meeting

The meeting will serve as a focused consultation with selected Government counterparts in Kyrgyzstan to present the BIA initiative and validate the key elements of the feasibility assessment. The meeting will aim to establish a common understanding of the proposed BIA model and its relevance to mountain contexts.

Discussions will focus on confirming the proposed geographical scope, prioritizing target value chains, and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of Government institutions in the implementation and coordination of the BIA. The meeting will be structured around a plenary presentation followed by a targeted roundtable discussion, providing an opportunity to gather strategic feedback and ensure alignment on next steps.

Selected representatives from key Government institutions will participate in the meeting, including the Office of the Special Representative on the Mountain Agenda, the Ministry of Agriculture, and other relevant stakeholders. Participation will be limited to a small group to ensure a focused and in-depth technical discussion.
