Fourth National "One Health" Forum in Kyrgyzstan

The forum focuses on strengthening a multisectoral approach to zoonotic disease control and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) resilience in Kyrgyzstan. It will bring together government representatives, international organizations, and experts to discuss the outcomes of coordinated surveillance, AMR prevention efforts, and long-term goals under the One Health approach.

One Health is an integrated, unifying approach that aims to sustainably balance and optimize the health of people, animals and ecosystems. FAO promotes a One Health approach as part of agrifood system transformation for the health of people, animals, plants and the environment.
