Virtual Event, 11/07/2025
This virtual training aims to build foundational capacities in participatory and gender-sensitive approaches to forest and protected area management, with a focus on community-based natural resource management. Organized under the project ‘Improving Biodiversity and Sustainable Forestry (GCP/SEC/025/TUR)’, implemented within the framework of the FAO–Türkiye Forestry Partnership Programme the session targets participants from five partner countries across Central Asia, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, and Türkiye. The training will provide practical tools and methodologies, including FAO’s Market Analysis and Development (MA&D), and promote peer learning through group exercises and knowledge-sharing activities. It serves as a core component of the 2025 regional training series supporting biodiversity conservation and sustainable forestry.
